Yi "Danny" Zeng
Law Clerk
Danny Zeng is a Law Clerk at Bracy Hawkins Law, P.C., where he supports the firm’s employment law practice with a background in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional law. He recently passed the February 2025 New York Bar Exam and is currently pending admission.
Danny earned his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, with a Certificate in Securities & Financial Law, and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Shenzhen University, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.
Prior to joining Bracy Hawkins Law, Danny held in-house counsel roles in the private sector, where he:
· Drafted and reviewed director offer letters, indemnification agreements, mutual release agreements, and other employment-related corporate documents.
· Conducted legal research on insider trading compliance, NASDAQ governance standards, and SEC disclosure obligations.
· Supported M&A transactions and regulatory filings, contributing to due diligence, corporate disclosures, and compliance strategy.
His experience with director transitions, corporate policies, and internal governance offers valuable support to Bracy Hawkins’ clients, particularly where employment and corporate legal issues intersect.
Danny is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and brings a cross-border legal perspective to his work with both domestic and international clients.
