Allison R. Bracy serves as Bracy Hawkins Law, P.C.’s Chief Civil Trial Attorney with over two decades of experience. She leads the firm’s civil litigation practice, providing strategic direction and trial advocacy in complex, high-stakes cases across California. Her practice spans general business litigation, public entity liability, labor and employment, general casualty litigation, and professional liability defense.

As lead trial counsel, Mrs. Bracy has successfully defended clients in jury and bench trials. She is known for her meticulous case preparation and ability to develop compelling litigation strategies that align with her clients’ business and legal objectives.

In addition to her trial work, Mrs. Bracy provides litigation risk management and claims evaluation for clients ranging from private individuals and small businesses and large public entities. Her leadership and mentorship within the firm help shape the development of junior litigators and uphold BHL’s standards of legal excellence.

Mrs. Bracy and her husband, Jimmie Bracy, reside in Fontana with their four children. The Bracy family is deeply engaged in community service, regularly volunteering at events that provide food, clothing, toiletries, toys, and household goods to unhoused, indigent, and underserved members of the community.
